This photo is about the Rubicon River. Caesar had crossed this
and said an famous quote "The die is cast" which means that the choice is already made. The impact of this was many people did not like Caesar or his men after this. The Verdict: |
(Caesar before he is stabbed)
In all this event would not have happen if Caesar would had just stood up; for the senate. He made people mad than he decided to go and talk not "knowing" he would be killed. He had gotten 3 warnings from his wife, a letter, and a fortuneteller. He ended up being stabbed 23 times. |
I do think Julius Caesar was behind his assassination because he wanted to go down big in the history books. Caesar wanted to be killed because he ignored every warning he got. Even from his wife. Next, some guard over heard him taking about how he wanted to die because of his sickness. Last, he did not go with any type of protection into the place. Which seemed a little suspicious. In conclusion, I think Julius waned to be killed so he would be known as a big deal.
